I stayed for 3 nights and chose a room with a view of the icebergs, which was simply stunning. The bed was comfy, and it was great to have a fridge with plates and cutlery in the room, making snacks easy. The staff drove me to the airport at the end of my stay, which was a big help since I was traveling alone. It’s a bit of a trek to reach the city center and harbor, but the beautiful view made it worth it for me.

I tell ya what, this place had a real nice common room with tea and coffee all day long, just what ya need after a long day out. Staff drove us to the other place we needed last minute, and rooms were clean and cozy. Just wish there were more eatin' options nearby, that woulda made it even sweeter.

the view is quite nice, but the coffee situation is absolutely terrible, who brews weak coffee in a hotel? also, the trek into town is far too long, especially for someone like me. i expected a room upgrade or something for that inconvenience, but no special treatment here. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Woke up to breathtaking iceberg views each morning, and the staff's warmth made my stay even more special. Breakfast offerings varied and were always delicious. The cozy kitchenette was a nice touch.
